i think it was paired with my s7+ when i first put it in the charging slot i honestly don't remember the formal pairing. I've used it every day with no problems, is that what you want isn't it? It's a great size to mimic a pen, and it flows across the screen like a pen or pencil. The navy blue color matches that of the Galaxy Book 360 and goes well with it - it also attaches to the back of the screen with magnets, but you can remove it easily, so be careful. The purchase is definitely worth it.
