I wear an American women's size 11M, so I bought size M9/W11: the fit (when worn with straps to the front) is perfect, there is enough space for natural ones everywhere movement and total comfort. Love how my feet feel with it: Wearing it every day (as opposed to wearing barefoot) has greatly relieved my chronic foot and heel pain. I love the vents that keep my feet cool in desert conditions. I like that they are waterproof and SO. easy to clean. I love how they look on my feet. Like the affordable price. CONS The straps are too short to wear around the heel - they push the feet forward enough that the toes are forward and you have plenty of clearance behind the insole (as pictured). For some, heating the straps (with a hair dryer) and then stretching them can help. CONCLUSION: I've been wearing them indoors and out constantly for over a year. They are still in great shape and I love them more than ever! I plan to get another pair.
