Review on userhabit by Chris Anderson

I like how it gives me insight about my customers behavior in using our product, this is very helpful for us to improve our services as we can see what they really want or not so that when I design new features then i will make sure they are useful enoughtly liked by them. There isn't any dislike thing at all because everything works fine till now! If there's anything missing let know but don't rate low just cause its free service!! It helps alot since we get feedback from real people instead of guessing their needs through surveys which could be wrong hence misleading information (I guess).
