This worked for me with no problems. I am very happy with it. It has a home button that toggles through modes. Time (You can choose from 3 watch faces in the app) Exercise (You can choose a specific activity with the app on your phone) Heart rate (Touch; your heart rate will be recorded for 45 seconds, hold and it will continue, IDK how long) Steps: It's like yes but so many steps today. You can set goals and when you hit your steps for the day you'll get a notification and a little trophy show. Camera: With your camera app open on your phone, tap and hold the camera to take a photo. I suspect this will pause your music. Reminder: When the next one comes, you can add an alarm to wake up. This is great for me because I'm deaf and can't hear my alarm clock! It checks your heart rate regularly and you can also check it by pressing the home button three times. This is AWESOME for me (again!) because I get scared and I can check, meditate, recheck, and repeat my heart rate until I get it back to where it should be. I wish you could set your resting heart rate and have it buzz when you exceed it. This would be very helpful for people with an anxiety disorder. Set it up, say 100, it hums, you stop, take a deep breath and put it back where it should be. It has a seat position warning. You set the time and if you still exceed the set time, it buzzes. The battery lasted a week and I played around with it a lot. But I forgot to plug it back in after charging it and lost several days of sleep and heart rate data. So make sure to reconnect after charging. It also signals various social media notifications, calls and text messages. This will give you a small preview of the notification. You set this up in the app. You can turn notifications on and off on the watch without going into the app. Overall I'm very, very happy with it.
