I am 6'6" tall and weigh 300 lbs. Normally I would order three XLs but I ordered four XLs. I wanted to have a little more space because I use each Going out tomorrow and just didn't want to feel like a 10lb sausage and a 5lb bag.This makes the shirt very loose and comfortable against the skin,easy to clean and recovers well.I like a shirt pocket,with it I can have my phone handy and use it as a pedometer Overall this is a great shirt, very comfortable I even bought a second one.
