Neat but not perfect

I loved this mount but had some serious problems with it. First I would like to mention that the materials seem to be of pretty good quality and when I mounted the monitor on the side arm the adjustable gas mechanism worked well and supported the weight of the monitor. Apart from the imperfections I was very satisfied but the imperfections made me return it to Revain. Here's why I sent it back: 1) All of the adjuster turnbuckles were very tight. I'm a male in my early 30's and was struggling to loosen some pivot points and was never able to loosen the bottom two points. I don't know why the bolts are so tight they leave production and I don't think calling support will help. 2) I wasn't able to lock the arms in place on the B pillar. So if you try to move one of the monitors, the other monitor will rotate as well. Maybe this is user error. 3) The arms are not wide enough for my intended display positions. I mount 24" monitors horizontally and would like the side monitors to be able to pull along with the center monitor and tilt inwards. But the mounts weren't wide enough to tilt them. 4) The C-clip on the desk kept tipping over as I moved the monitor on the armrest. It may be my desk's fault as it's a cheap IKEA product, but I heard the C-Clip "crunch" on the wooden table. So it was as tight as I could make it and the mount still moved when I adjusted the monitors. back and forth. Again, this is partly my desk's fault, but personally I don't think the mount has a sufficiently secure mounting mechanism for 3 monitors. Instead I will buy 3 separate mounts because that should solve most of my problems.
