Finally much needed help
It really keeps my foot in a neutral position so when I get up in the morning I don't feel the pain I've had for weeks. I love the support and comfort it offers and have never stopped wearing it every night since I got it. Also, the spiked ball is an important addition that I find especially useful when I don't have a hoop.
