I have seen that this cleaner is recommended for removing the nasty brown that is appearing on my white vinyl fence. It worked! I just sprayed it, drained it, and after a few hours washed it off the fence. I couldn't believe it was that easy. My first photo after 1 dose, I didn't remove all the brown. The 2nd photo just sprayed the detergent. In the 3rd photo - after the second application for 15 minutes without scrubbing. The photo on the wall is the first spray. If I wanted to get all that brown off the outside wall of my house I would probably need a few applications and a bit of cleaning since it's been there for years. No cleaning on my fence. I'm sure there are many other uses for this cleaner, but my use got me hooked!
