Less than expected, not the best support, good value for money.
Much less than expected and no support at all. The padding compresses too easily, but if you're very petite and not that far off, it works well. I used it at the start of my second trimester but had to upgrade as I got bigger. I still use it when lying on the couch and need some extra support, if that says anything about the size.
