I highlighted the issue that I had been having with my prior pair of headphones as I was asking the consultant for guidance on which headphones to purchase. Some pros: Headphones that are not only comfortable but also have a fantastic sound and a good microphone. Sincere vendor; had no difficulty in getting my money back. Cons: Almost as soon as I started using it, I found that I was randomly changing tracks and toggling the noise reduction on and off.
