This is a queen review, high loft, hard pillow.Tl,Dr- Great supportive pillow, low odor, will go away, buy if you want a hard pillow! I have a herniated disc in my neck. I have a big head too. In the last 5 years I have tried over 20 pillows. I'll keep that! I've been trying to find a pillow like this for years! We have an old Tempurpedic pillow, this one is very similar. In the attached picture they are shown side by side: dough on the left, tempura on the right. It feels very firm when you lie down but slowly sinks around my head and offers great support while being very comfortable. I'll be updating in a few months but this is my new favorite pillow for now. There was a slight smell when taken out of the packaging but it went away within 48 hours. I'm hypersensitive (allergic) and this pillow didn't bother my ears/sinuses at all! This is no ordinary memory foam pillow! Most of the ones I've tried are too soft and my head sinks into the mattress almost overnight. These (and the older Tempurpedic) are the only two I've found that have the same combination of assist and recoil. I can't recommend it enough if you're looking for a firm memory foam pillow.
