Review on 🖨️ HP Neverstop 1202w: All-in-One Cartridge-Free Mono Laser Printer with Wireless Connectivity - Includes 5,000 Pages of Toner (5HG92A) by David Fields

When I first set up this printer it worked; the next time I wanted to use it I had to go through the whole setup again, it worked; The third time I couldn't get it to work, I kept getting the "Printer not found" message. I spent 2.5 hours on the phone with tech support, nothing he/we tried worked, drivers weren't found on HP's website, just didn't work; He "handed over" the case to his boss, who still hasn't called me back. This morning I decided to try again. I went through the whole setup process again. The "simple" setup instructions don't walk you through everything you need to do, which is downloading a product update that appears to be a detected "missing driver" issue. I accidentally clicked firmware update not knowing what it was and guess what works now. at least this minute. Now if I try to print again and it doesn't work, I will ask HP for my money back. That's what I get when I buy a brand new product, all the flaws are still there. UPDATE 1 WEEK LATER: TECHNICAL SUPPORT NEVER CALL BACK, STILL WORKS, I'M BACK, NEVER BUY HP AGAIN
