I'm a real watch maniac, I have a large collection ranging from cheap "disposables" that I carry when I'm repairing in the shop to capital goods that cost more than my new SUV. I recently discovered this really inexpensive "Tribute" watch, having never considered anything other than a plastic Casio or something in this low price range. This watch looks really great. Of course, up close you can see that the print on the front is sloppy - that's the most obvious quality issue. The strap definitely fits a budget watch but has a good grip as it has a double clasp. If the secondary clasp doesn't hold up well, it can be adjusted by slightly bending it. The strap can be replaced with a nice leather strap for a very small fee. Face Functions: One has the day of the week and is changed by the side button, the bottom face is the date set by the other button. . The dial at position 9 is a 24-hour display that changes as you set the time to be set. No chrono/timer function. For those who don't understand watches, it looks expensive. My wife can't tell this from my real Daytona, which it's a tribute to. If you hold them in your hands and look closely, it becomes painfully obvious what the difference is. In my opinion, this is a damn decent watch for less than fifty bucks. Even if the band is not of the same quality, it looks good and can easily be changed to another type or style. This Daytona Homage watch looks great with leather straps.
