The ability to track progress, keep up with appointments or check in remotely is great! I like that it has all of my providers listed so there's no need for me to search each one individually when trying to find someone new.

Sometimes you have to click through several pages just to get back where you were before searching which can be time consuming if not done right away. It would also help greatly if they could add more features such as allowing patients access via their smart phones/tablets. We are able to see who we've seen recently without having to go into our personal calendar multiple times throughout the day - this saves us quite a bit of time.
