Sorry for the low rating, the hardware seems great! Could the problem be me? I tried and tried to get it working, I downloaded the online manual, read it cover to cover, then contacted support (the ONLY way is email, 2 days turnaround). There I gave up and returned the cable. The casting service is clearly not in this country. I repeated my problem at least three times only to be asked to read the manual. my problem was the opening program did not look like the screenshots in the manual. Turns out the home screen is missing. I even uninstalled the program and downloaded and reinstalled it again - to no avail. It had no "translate" symbols on it. No help file, F1 shows no help. It took me a long time to realize that the software (as it was) was in the cable. As I said, customer service was not helpful! So I suggest using the old "sneaker net" method of downloading the files onto a flash drive and transferring them to a new computer to download.
