I was very excited to receive and use my new Diono brand travel mirror for the new arrival of our newborn April 14th! The mirror arrived on time and the mirror features a clear image, the size is nice and large, and it is easy to install. So far I have not had any issues with the mirror staying put at the angle/position I need it to be, but I am having issues with the light feature.I have tried various batteries we had around the house and also ordered brand new batteries of 2 different brands (1 name brand and 1 generic) and we cannot get the remote control to function at all therefore the light cannot be used. This was the main reason I selected this mirror, aside from knowing that diono's other products are high quality, so needless to say I am quite disappointed. And now that our new bundle has arrived I don't have the luxury of packaging it up to send it back in hopes that the new one sent will function properly because I use and need the mirror each day.
