Review on Namecheap domains by Victor Houser

I've been with them for about 5 years now since before they were called NameCheap domain resellers (which is where most people go to buy their domains). They have always had great support from phone/chat as well as emails. The one thing that has gotten worse over time is getting my site transferred into Godaddy when i want it changed - used to be simple process but not anymore! Sometimes you still get stuck in loops even if your request goes through multiple times. Not sure what's going wrong sometimes or why some sites transfer but others don't? Don't know how else to explain this other than poor customer service at least once per year I guess since it happens every 2-3 months. We bought our first websites back then so we didn;t really need help transferring those but recently upgraded everything including webhosting which was expensive but worth doing because godaddy makes things easier by offering all sorts of free tools like WYSIWYS etc. I really like how easy it is to set up my website with them! The customer service was also great as well. They are constantly improving their products so you know they care about your success! Nothing at this time but if there were any issues would be resolved quickly. I am satisfied with everything that has happened thus far. We have been able to get our domain for only $2.99 per year and we can move it around easily when needed.
