Review on Aqua Magic Toilet Pedal Flush Profile by Joseph Adaymiln

I bought this toilet last summer (2018) and it worked great last year. We went camping this spring (2019) and I hooked up the water to the caravan and turned it on and the plumbing fitting that goes into the toilet broke off immediately and soaked the bathroom floor. I just discovered that other reviewers have had the same experience. I tried to do an emergency repair in the field using a two-part epoxy recommended by a hardware store in a small town a few miles away and it mostly worked, but it's still dripping from the area. I need to remove the toilet from the trailer to see if it can be fixed. Another reviewer said that when they contacted the company they said it wasn't a problem. In order to get warranty service, the website says you have to take the toilet to an authorized repair center to have them look at it, and then pay shipping for anything that needs to be done anyway.
