I didn't use this bag much but immediately the mesh on the side came loose and spoiled the look. I contacted the company as they have a one year warranty and they offered me $2! I really couldn't believe they were offering such a small amount and was quite offended at how little they wanted to please their customers. They asked if it was acceptable and I said no. I haven't heard a word from them since then.
