Good shower head. I bought a 100 year old house and there was almost no pressure in my soul. I've seen reviews of this on YouTube and even the "not so good" reviews said it increases the pressure. It fits perfectly and to my surprise it prints really well. The reason for this is that the holes are so tiny that the water is pushed out in the form of a strong mist. So far, after about 2 months of use, the only "minus" is that a couple of holes (of which there are probably hundreds) are clogged, so they spray differently. Little problem. I can't say anything about the efficiency of "filtration" because my skin is not very sensitive. I know our water is hard but I can't tell the difference with these filter balls. Definitely recommend
