Junk. Tried charging multiple times - played with the battery upside down - removed the battery transport cover (not sure what it was but tried everything). DOA battery. The fan ONLY works when plugged into USB and then has a bright red light on the whole time (which is hard to hide as it has to cycle through four red lights to turn it off - unacceptable when used at night. Returned as a waste of time and money.
