The chain was shipped on time although the packaging wasn't the best as the box with the chain was in a padded envelope which didn't offer any real protection against crushing during transport, Fortunately are no damage occurred during shipping. The chain and pendant are beautiful and look just like the picture. The chain on the pendants is very thin and the clasp came loose within the first two days, we fixed it with pliers but the chain shouldn't be that thin considering it's being sold as a gift for an elementary school child. . If the chain was a little thicker it would be great.
