Insufficient functions and information

After losing the case along with the left earbud a week after purchasing the AU Sound headphones, I was very upset. Decided to buy another. My friends seem to ask what brand of earbuds because of the transparency; However, I don't like headphones that don't have a body ping feature, if that's what you want. I believe there should be an app in the app store that gives you more details about your AUearbuds, just like the BOSE app.
