Review on πŸ§₯ Stay Warm and Stylish with Wantdo Women's Winter Thicken Jacket - Cotton Coat with Removable Hood by Ronald Lunn

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Exceeded expectations.

EDIT: Edited after a few days of use only to say I'm definitely sticking with 10; As it looks like a few layers underneath (shirt and sweater) just about fit and I don't know if the sweater fits under an 8. Based on the reviews I read I got the jacket a size 10. (I'm 5ft 2in, about 120lbs and wear a 34E). I can trade for 8 but 10 is definitely doable and allows you to wear a large sweater. First impression: heavy, warm, stylish, much higher quality than I expected. Very happy with these pieces, especially as I was concerned about buying a jacket from a brand I didn't know without trying it on and half expecting it to be either very poorly made or fitted to the chest or waist (which is where I do most wear) too small would be my weight) or smell strange (I had this experience before). The arms are a bit longer (that doesn't bother me at all because that's how I can keep my arms warm). Sadder still, the inner knit cuffs, which I love on coats, were designed for much wider wrists than mine. They slide right over my fists so they don't seal the heat on my wrist. That's one of the reasons I want to try a size 8. However, it's a bit picky and maybe they would fit if I was wearing really thick gloves. I think lightning bolts are on the "wrong" side in women, but that's less of a criticism and more of a bizarre observation. Pros: Warm and heavy. (Love the fluffy interior and the arms seem to be well padded, there's those knit inner cuffs and it has those hand warmer side pockets in addition to the regular studded pockets.) Well done. (Like it won't fall apart in at least a few months if I treat it well.) Definitely not too small. Stylish Cons: A little larger than expected in some respects: the jacket is thickly lined and big enough to allow for layering, so it may not be as pretty as the jacket that was tighter, the cuffs could be a bit tighter on the wrists, that Arms are pretty long, but then again, those aren't terrible things in my opinion, and there might be some benefits. I'm actually much happier with this coat than I expected and will either keep the 10 or trade in for an 8 (edited again a few days later to say I would definitely keep the 10!)

Pros
  • Premium Material are thick quilted jackets with well-sewn sleeves and pockets. Each anorak closes with a heavy duty metal zipper and additional horn buttons for added durability and style.
Cons
  • Good but not great
