These drawstring bags are made of high quality fabric with jute ties. Luckily, jute cord has almost no odor, just a hint of natural jute in ties. The inside of the bag has secure stitching, but the bottom hem is not stitched, which I don't think affects the strength or durability of the construction. The fabric of the bag is thicker than many other bags that use muslin. likes the fabric and feels like the best quality overall. Ties cannot be tied with a bow, one or two ties will do.
