I bought the hard consistency and although it takes some practice I feel more confident that I can pull my own hair out without spilling sugar all over the house. There are several videos and tips online from the company that I have found helpful. I tried using sugar in gloves and it was a ridiculous mess. I ended up just using my bare hands and it worked surprisingly better and the sugar just melts off my hands in warm water when I'm done. However, it's good to have a second person to help you, especially if you're stopping me in "Brazilian areas" or if you get hungry or want a glass of wine but have sugar on hand. This isn't necessary, however, and with the right tequila, anyone can do it. My esthetician went into pandemic hibernation which prompted me to purchase this product and so far I've had less than professional results but otherwise feel comfortable walking around in public in a bathing suit (and mask!) and hundreds of saved dollars!
