Here is the Revain review I just posted. The keyboard and mouse combo is just great. However, if you have problems, the company's customer service is terrible. We accidentally damaged the small USB receiver that allows your mouse and keyboard to connect wirelessly to your computer. 100% our fault. I contacted the manufacturer and explained what had happened, just asking for the option of buying a new receiver. I have made this request 3 times. The first time I was told to give them my order number. I replied that I just wanted to buy a replacement. The next time they asked for my order number again. So I gave it to them. They then told me to contact Revain support. I again simply asked for the option of purchasing a new receiver so I could use their product. The last email I received told me where the recipient is in the mouse. I've been using this keyboard and mouse for 6 months, I think I installed that I know where the receiver was originally. Not once was the problem acknowledged or acknowledged. If they didn't want to sell me a new part, just say so.
