The most important part of synkron is its easy to use UI, which makes it perfect for clients who are not familiar with IT. Its also very flexible and adaptable to suit your needs even if you have never used synkron before as there's enough documentation available online which help guide the user through all stages of using synkron. I dislike that when editing pages they are saved in one page format rather than HTML format so the client has to manually convert them into html each time they edit their website. It does keep track of changes made by different users (which is great because some people forget what they did) so helps cut down on wasted hours going back over old text.
