Fits very well and stays in place even during my vigorous Zumba class. I purchased a large and I'm only able to put it in the first row for now, so I have a lot more room to shrink. I normally wear a size 10 or large and I'm 5' 5" 155lbs. Buy it, you will not be disappointed.
