No elastic waistband. Can't wear.
I would not give this star. Very pretty on a hanger but impossible to wear. I usually wear M but ordered XL because of size chart. I couldn't even get it over my feet. No elastic waistband. That small detail left out made it unwearable. And also! It took EV ERRRR to arrive. refunded.
