Not for melting wax
I bought these 15 watt bulbs to use in Scentsy heaters. They don't get hot enough to melt the wax and give off fragrance. The wax is only partially melted. I use 40 watt bulbs in my salt lamp. I think it would be ok for himalayan salt lamps but not the bigger ones.
