It is so sweet! I bought it for my daughter's 3rd birthday, she saw it and loved it. It doesn't feel cheap, it looks just like the picture.
Pros
- It's more of a skirt than a tutu but that's what makes it so pretty. My little one has it closer to the knee.
Cons
- This can pose a tripping hazard for young children.
