Review on Microsoft Surface Intel Newest Version Computers & Tablets by Dru Labrado

I bought one of these for my wife Feb 19, with all addons, brand new, $1922 inc tax, turned on, doesn't work. Took it to the San Jose MS store in the mall, it took a few hours but they got it working ok. September. 19' it stops again, the login screen has changed to show my wife's name is misspelled(?) and her password doesn't work, there is only one user for this thing, my wife. My wife hasn't changed anything. Brought it back to the MS store in San Jose; They say they can't work on it because I can't prove I'm the owner, even though their records say I was there on March 19th with the same computer. I found the original March 19 purchase receipt that was emailed to me on my phone and showed it to the rocket scientist; still does not work. The computer doesn't show my name on the sign on the screen, but my wife's name (wrongly). There's a reason the Apple Store in San Jose is always full and the MS Store is never empty; MS products and customer service are terrible! My recent MS purchase and I oversee hardware purchases at work; No more MS for my office. Goodbye MS for life!
