Relatively easy assembly, first chair took about 15 minutes to assemble (received a set of 2 chairs). I went to pick up the 2nd chair and the main part of the leg was so badly bent/deformed that I couldn't assemble it (although I tried hammering/bending it in place). The only chair that worked seems fine, which is what I expected - only lost half the order. Contacted Revain - they helped me figure out if there was a problem the manufacturer needs to be contacted within 3 days and that's the last thing I could deal with over the next week - so I got a 40% refund and will throw away the broken second chair.
