The best part of this software is that it helps me to manage my candidates in one place, so I can easily track their progress through each stage of the hiring process. It's also very easy to use which makes it super user friendly! Not much as such but overall its good enough. This has made our recruitment process more efficient. We are able to keep all records related to applicants in one platform. Also we have been able to reduce manual intervention from HR department by automating some processes like candidate profile creation, application tracking etc.
