I have been practicing real estate since 1985 including commercial condominiums which require very specific technical knowledge of Title 12 (Titles) pertaining to Condos that can be extremely complicated! They do an excellent job explaining everything up front so it makes your life easier once you sign them as they know what their doing but also understand all aspects or issues at hand before signing docs/contracting.
If one does not come equipped well enough then this might present problems down the road if something were ever needed explained again by another attorney who was less knowledgeable about such things than those originally retained - especially where title insurance may become involved etc....
