I do an average of 5 dance and fitness classes a day and have used 2 iPods to the point of not turning on. So I looked for a replacement MP3 player that wouldn't cost an arm or a leg. This is ok for the price. It does the job. It's not the most convenient MP3 player I've ever had, but I can't justify paying over $100 for a refurbished iPod that dies in 6 months. Pros: It contains a lot of songs; it s cheap; It's small and light and works with my Windows laptop. Cons: You cannot add a playlist via Windows Media Player; This isn't very user friendly; Volume button not working. Update 03/13/2020: After using the mp3 player for over a week I found that the volume button works but you have to press it and when the icon appears on the screen use the right and left arrow keys to do so and turn away. The product is well built and the best part is the customer service. They work great with you to make sure you are 100% satisfied! I highly recommend it.
