I work on garage doors and the lift spring set screws are a 3/8" square head. Well, about 90% of them. Normally I would use a 7/16" 12 -Use a square socket, but after a while they wear out and it takes some effort to get them onto the set screw. This outlet has worked well so far. Hopefully it will last a lot longer than other sockets I've used in the past. If you work with garage doors, this is a good addition to your tool box.
