Perfect as a swim cape

I booked this last minute deal for a beach vacation. And so happy I did! I've worn it over my bathing suit and as a scarf on the plane. I tied it in two ways at the waist, like a skirt, and at the chest. Material - denser chiffon (not fully transparent but not opaque). worth your money.
