I ordered two of these to replace a lost key on my 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn. I wanted the dealer to program them, but they wanted too much money. I found a local locksmith who could do it for half the price. You programmed both keys in about 10 minutes. They even cut me a spare key for each one. It was another 5 minutes. The buttons work perfectly. Remote start works too. I didn't have any problems during this time. The material of the buttons is softer than the original, but feels good in the hand. All buttons are responsive. I would definitely buy again. It saved a life. I got two keys and programmed them for less than half what the dealer asked for one. Thanks again!
