Easy access from phone, computer, tablet etc.Easy to customize and use.Very user friendly interface.Customizable so you can make your workspace how you want it. The best feature is the ability to give full access to a group of users that I am assigned to but doesn't have to be all-inclusive. For example, there are 2 people I assign to help with IT issues and one person who is our project manager. They both need to work remotely at least once a week. Sometimes, one or the other is able to do more things because of their skillset, however having both involved is much better than not having them both available. Managing multiple employees who are performing several different tasks. I like that it is easy to use and can be accessed from anywhere with internet connection. It also has options for multiple screens which makes it very useful. The interface could look more professional. It would be great if there was an option to have your own logo appear instead of the generic one. This helps you be more professional when using this product. We are solving problems with remote access and being able to manage our computers remotely.
