Review on πŸ”Š Portable Sound Machine: Sleep White Noise for Babies, True Heartbeat Input, 9 Soundtracks with Adjustable Volume, Timer & Memory, Dual Power Supply by Brittany Sanchez

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Requires a volume level of between 1 and 2

I want the room I sleep in to be quiet and peaceful all night. Unfortunately we live in a noisy area. Some nights are louder than others and I may use earplugs, but not that often. That's why I like the noise of cars. Since my old one just broke, I was looking for a new one. This machine has some great features and some I don't really like. Firstly I like that it is very low so it fits under any small shelf you have. It can also be used while leaning against something. The buttons at the top are responsive and I had no issues with them not working when I pressed them. There are quite a few white noise options, so I'm sure you'll find something you like. Battery life is great, and for a kid, the heartbeat button is fun. My biggest and really only problem is that Volume 1 from my dresser is too low and doesn't block any sound. Volume 2 feels like Volume 3. It leaps ahead of Volume 1 and is almost too loud for me to sleep on. I was able to move the car further down and then I was fine, but it still wasn't perfect. To be honest, I just don't understand the enormous jump in volume, but it's annoying. In general, the machine is good, but the volume is not ideal.
