I bought this as a birthday gift for my niece. She asked for a mermaid, so I got her a mermaid swim suit! She was thrilled. I was a little underwhelmed when I saw it. I thought it would be sparkly as it looks sparkly in the picture. It doesn't sparkle even a little. It's still cute and she didn't know it was supposed to be sparkly. Even my mom (Grandma) and her mom both commented that it wasn't sparkly.She hasn't tried it on yet as her party was yesterday but it looked like it would fit her well. I love the 2 piece tankini as she has a long torso so one piece suits don't fit well.
