Good sewing kit for beginners but parts are missing

Everything looks like the picture and I can't wait to use this sewing kit. Only the measuring tape was missing. I have one in a plastic spool case but there should be two. There are few buttons and the needle threader is rusty. Otherwise this is a basic sewing kit. Might be cheaper. Less than $10 would be better.
