I use it on armpits, breasts, body acne and areas where the skin may be prone to sweating. Eliminates the possibility of odors (caused by bacteria) throughout the day. It's been a few months and no sign of shrinking. I hated my deodorant, I have hydrodentinitis and the deodorant made it worse. I also understand that deodorants can be potentially harmful, full of chemicals etc. Even the local brand and other 'healthy' brands (I assume they can be washed out anyway) are harmful. This is the first "deodorant" that doesn't irritate these areas of my body and even HEALS or relieves irritation. I find this to be a soothing remedy for body acne, so I'm very happy with it. I probably sweat like a normal person, I'm a full figured woman so some places sweat more than other full figured people and I find it lasts me all day. If you have an excessive sweating problem I can't say how it can be fair, but for those who sweat normally for a typical large body, this works for me.
