This Rolife 'tall rope basket' arrived exactly as listed here. The basket came in plain packaging, just folded into a plastic bag. When I first took the basket out of the bag, there were still creases on the basket, but they will straighten out, this is normal. If you want to help smooth out wrinkles, you can always bring an iron or steam iron. I washed the basket in cold water in a front loading washing machine and then placed the basket on the dryer to dry. This helped smooth out the wrinkles. The basket is made of thick woven material. The basket has 2 convenient handles and there is a material and care label sewn to the bottom of the basket stating that this rope basket is made of 65% polyester and 35% cotton and can only be washed in cold water. . The basket measures approximately 15 inches in diameter and 20 inches high. The basket is well made, no loose seams or other defects found. The basket holds its shape well and can hold a decent amount of stuff. I currently keep a throw pillow and some throw blankets. No complaints, the basket looks and performs as expected.
