The least used nursing pillow. I end up using the lateral position for feeding unless we're not home. My baby was just over 6 pounds at birth and kept rolling into the gap between the pillow and my body. Being a taller person (5ft 9in), I still felt like I was bending over to bring the baby to my chest, causing back pain. Adding piles didn't improve the situation. Now at 8 weeks he's finally big enough and it's not that big of a deal but we've gotten used to lying at home because it's more comfortable for both of us and Boppy is sitting on the couch doing nothing. Conclusion here outweighs the minus for me. The pillow has a nice removable cover for washing, and the covers have a very nice design. The pillow is quite firm and will support the baby when staying in the correct position, but it rolls out of position easily. Not helpful for me from birth with a child under 6lbs. Taller moms or those with longer torsos may not realize the baby is in a comfortable feeding position, leading to back pain and slouching.
