Ease of implementation, good customization options, easy access for all users and all roles. Reporting capabilities are great and could be slightly more detailed at times but still overall very intuitive. A few quirks here and there when you get into some complex cases as well. Highly recommend this solution. Easy to set up and customize for your business needs. Very user friendly at first glance. Centralized view for end users and administrators. Very quick to scale up as needed with almost no learning curve. Helps us gain better visibility on our controls which has had an impact on data quality. Also gives our audit team confidence that we are managing in line with our regulations such as GDPR, ISO 27001, etc. I like the integration with Xero for invoices and payments. I also enjoy how easy it was to set up OneTrust for my organization. The only thing that I don't really like about OneTrust is the user interface can be confusing at times. If you're looking for an all in one solution that will help you with your ERP needs this is a great product! We have been able to streamline our payment processing which has allowed us to spend more time focusing on other things rather than dealing with payments.
