I ordered these a size 14 for my daughters 11 and 13 because reviews said they ran small. I ended up having them sent back.for age 16 - 2 sizes up than usual - just to fit waist (height of 13 - 5ft, weight 85lbs) The jeggings are now loose and stretchy enough to be very comfortable One pair had a 1/2" hole in the hip seam that I had to sew up before wearing it the first time, and the other had the same hole in the hip seam after wearing it the first time. Easy to fix, but check every time when they go through the laundry.
