This is exactly what I wanted. I have been looking for a while. I washed before use. Came out of wash just fine. Came out of dryer just fine. Slight odor, but did not notice at all once in bed. Love the cotton and the plushness / softness. It's so hard to find one with real fabric on the back and sides! Not so puffy that it would take away any support, but it does add some nice softness. For the price, you can't beat the quality. I've looked around for a long time, I couldn't justify the $100 to $160 for the quality I wanted elsewhere. Most other companies cheap out on the underside. It's a little roomy for my mattress, I think my mattress is 11 inches thick, but it hasn't had a problem sliding around.
